Submitting Artwork

We recognise that many of our Distributors are seasoned experts who are well-versed in the ins and outs of the industry. However, for the sake of ensuring the highest quality outcomes, here's a concise guide on how to submit your clients' artwork to us.

When you're ready to place an order, simply attach the artwork file to your email. Our team of skilled graphic designers will then prepare your artwork according to your specific needs.
Upon receiving your order and artwork, we will produce an initial print of the first item. This sample will be photographed and the image sent to you via email, allowing you to present it to your client for their final go-ahead. This process is generally completed within the same day, facilitating a swift review by you and your client, and enabling any adjustments to be made promptly.
We will proceed with the full production once you and your client are completely satisfied with the final product.

Preferred File Formats: PDF (Adobe Acrobat) AI or EPS (Adobe Illustrator) PSD (Adobe Photoshop) Raster images (.jpg, .tif, .png)
Resolution: Please ensure to send a high-resolution version of the artwork if available (300ppi).
