Returns & Refunds Policy

Thanks for shopping at Regal Toys. We want you to love your purchase so if you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Regal Toys guarantees that your order will be printed exactly as you approved it, otherwise we will refund your order or reprint your order free of charge.

Returns

We stand by our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on any of our blank items

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange but don’t let that stop you from giving us call to talk it over. Our experienced customer service team will be able to help find the best solution for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Regal Toys is not liable for any return postage costs.

Refunds

The first thing you need to do is send an email to trade@regaltoys.co.uk letting us know that you would like to return your purchase and the reasons why. This will be reviewed by a member of the Regal Toys team who will respond to help make the experience as easy as possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

If the refund is not approved, then we will let you know the reasons for our decision by email. If you are not happy with the decision, then let us know by replying to our email or giving us a call on 01454 325 697 and we will be happy to discuss the decision and help find the best solution for you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund was approved and you have not received it within the stated time, the first thing to do is double-check your bank account.

If the refund is still not there, then contact your bank directly. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. Your bank may be able to let you know if the refund is on the way and how long it will take.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at trade@regaltoys.co.uk and we will be able to investigate further for you.

Sale Items

Any sale items that are returned can only be refunded for the amount paid when the order was placed. If the refund is requested after the sale has ended, we will refer to the cost shown on the order receipt instead of the currently listed price.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at trade@regaltoys.co.uk and send your item to: Regal Toys, Unit 11, The Alpha Centre, Armstrong Way, Yate, Bristol, BS37 5NG, United Kingdom.

Shipping

To return your order, you should mail to: Regal Toys, Unit 11, The Alpha Centre, Armstrong Way, Yate, Bristol, BS37 5NG, United Kingdom.

If your order was posted to you via Royal Mail, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, any orders that were delivered by our couriers would be eligible for free returns collection.
If the returned order is eligible for free returns collection then just get in touch by calling 01454 325 697 or emailing trade@regaltoys.co.uk to let us know and we will get the collection organised for you.

Any shipping costs picked up by yourself are non-refundable.
