Understanding Our Print Processes at Regal Toys
At Regal Toys, we prioritise making the quoting process as straightforward as possible for our distributors when they engage with their customers. A cornerstone of this effort is our commitment to offering full-color printing as standard across our best-selling range of soft toys with white t-shirts. This approach has also led us to be able to offer a no minimum order requirement and as a result our distributors are able to enjoy working with all sizes and types of customers without restrictions or complications to their artwork.

Our Printing Techniques Explained
Heat Transfer Paper for Soft Toys and More
Our standard method for printing on soft toys with white t-shirts involves heat transfer paper, known for its durability and accurate color representation. This technology is also applied to canvas tote bags and certain colored t-shirt teddy bear garments, dependant on the garment color and the artwork’s color requirements. (See other options below for alternative methods for printing on to coloured tops.)

Screen Printed Transfers for Specific Color Needs
For our colored t-shirt and hi-vis teddy bears, screen printed transfers are the go-to option. This method is particularly suited for designs requiring 1-5 colors, especially when specific Pantone® PMS colors are needed to match branding precisely.

Ultra Color Transfers for Full-Color Needs on Textiles
When full-color tonal blends or photographic images are required on coloured textiles, Ultra Color transfers offer the optimal solution. Ideal for colored t-shirt teddy bears, this method is both cost-effective for designs with more than five colors and employs the latest water-based technology to ensure a soft feel, along with impressive stretch and rebound capabilities.

Sublimation for Ceramic Mugs
Dye-sublimation is a process that we use for our ceramic mugs. Yes, we also offer some of the best prices on the market for printed dye sub mugs, challenging and often beating the likes of Keramikos and Listawood against their like for like Durham / Cambridge style full colour sublimation mugs.  

Current Limitations
Please note, we currently do not offer embroidery or ribbon printing options for our products.
